There is more to Ranbir Kapoor than his chocolate boy looks!

I know it burns my heart to admit this...after all, I used to smolder in jealousy whenever my girl friends used to coo over this guy...but Ranbir Kapoor is one of the most good looking and talented actors in Bollywood! Never mind the dismal performances of his last three films (Besharam, Roy, Bombay Velvet), Ranbir is an actor who can bounce up easily to the top with just one film, which by all the signs and buzz, looks to be Tamasha with Deepika Padukone! The Intelligent Actor

Like I said before, the man is not just good looks. In fact, if he has a huge following, it's because of not just his charming nature, but also because the man doesn't want to play safe with his roles. When actors much senior to him and at much safer position are not willing to take a risk by experimenting, here's a man who have worked from a Sanjay Leela Bhansali to Prakash Jha to Anurag Kashyap. Some of the experiments have been failures, but we do need to admire the gumption of the man. After all it takes guts to do films like Bombay Velvet and Besharam, no matter the films turned duds!

The Mama's Boy

It's no secret that among his parents, Ranbir Kapoor shares a closer bond to his mother. While Rishi Kapoor and Ranbir share a mutual respect for each other, it's Neetu Singh whom the actor approaches whenever he has any issues, as the actor himself expressed in many of his interviews! Roshesh Sarabhai, you have company!

The Footballer

Ranbir Kapoor's love for soccer is as great as his craziness for movies. Even during the height of stardom, he never misses to participate and play in celebrity football matches, unlike a certain privileged few who prefer to watch from the sidelines!

The Funnyman

Ranbir Kapoor is not at all a boring guy, just watch his interviews! I's just that he is more guarded about certain aspects of his life, that makes people tend to perceive that he is reserved, and therefore boring! He almost matched the inimitable SRK when they hosted an award show together, and his bromance with so-called rival Imran Khan during Filmfare 2011 was a top class act! And of course, Ajab Prem Ki Gazab Kahaani worked only because of his comic timing!

The Charming Casanova

Yeah...there are rumours, and not every single one must be true, but then not every rumour has to be false. Maybe it's not easy for the ladies to resist his charming impish looks! (Heartburn!)

There was a time when Ranbir Kapoor was much candid about the love of his life, you know who I mean..., but then things soured and the relationship ended on a really bitter note. So you can't really blame the man, if he is not so open about his rumoured relationship with Katrina Kaif. He is playing it real safe and calculative, and when someone messes up with him then he becomes...

The Angry Young Man

Remember that incident when Ranbir Kapoor got into a scuffle with paparazzi, and even took off with one of the journalist's camera? Though many reporters condemned this act, it's hard not to get irritated when an outsider intrudes too much into your privacy! And when you do, you can expect some really lethal retaliation, like how that reporter must have felt that fateful night!
