Police are seeking information on the whereabouts of Kelvin Wayne Rangi.

The 48-year-old is described as a Male Maori with Olive complexion.

Police say he is about 180cm tall, of medium build and is believed to be travelling in a Grey Falcon XR6, registration number EFD632.

He was last seen in Wairoa at 5am yesterday driving his vehicle south along SH2.

'Police have concerns for his health and safety, so anyone seeing Mr Rangi or his vehicle are asked to contact their nearest Police Station.”
