Batman taunts Wladimir Klitschko before title fight against Tyson Fury

If you're about to step into the ring against a heavyweight boxer who has knocked out 53 challengers and hasn't lost a fight in 11 years, it's probably a good idea to have a bit of a laugh.

British boxer Tyson Fury took that approach when he arrived for a pre-battle press conference dressed as Batman and put on quite a show.

Fury, who goes by the name Gypsy King, made quite an entrance, turning up in a yellow Lamborghini and running a lap of the room, black cape waving behind him.

Even his upcoming opponent, the great Wladimir Klitschko, was impressed, applauding when Fury finally took his seat.

The shenanigans weren't over, though. Fury jumped the table to tackle 'The Joker', before announcing to Klitschko that the villain was "a fool, like you are".

The 27-year-old fighter eventually re-appeared as himself, apologising to the gathered media for being late. "I got stuck in a bit of traffic," he said.

The pair will meet in the ring in Düsseldorf to contest Klitschko's WBA, WBO and IBF belts.

"I've never had such an entertaining press conference," the Ukrainian boxer said.
