Pooja Bedi bags an award her column Heart Chakra

The Asian Reincarnation Theosophical Society recently awarded Pooja Bedi for her column in the Bombay Times. The column titled 'Heart Chakra' is a weekly column published every Sunday.
Pooja, a relationship counselor also writes for Femina and Men's Health and has authored several articles and stories in various books.
Pooja, dons many hats – is a popular personality across films, newspapers, television, theatre and digital media, and began her career with popular movies like 'Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar', 'Lootere', 'Phir Teri Kahani Yaad Aayi'.

She has featured in several memorable advertising campaigns including Tips and Toes, Frooti and the larger than life Kamasutra condom campaign.
An ambassador of several brands, Pooja is also popular as an award winning talk show host and has participated in leading TV shows like 'Jhalak Dikhlaja', 'Nach Baliye', 'Khatron ke khiladi' (Fear Factor). She has also been the weekend anchor of 'Big Boss', 'Aakhri Salaam' season 2… 'Maa Exchange'.
