Neelima Rani who has been busy with the soaps Thamarai and Vani Rani is all set to star in a Telugu serial soon. The actress who began her acting career as a child artiste has donned the greasepaint for over 50 films and has several serials to her credit in both Tamil and Telugu. When contacted Neelima confirmed the same, saying, “Yes, I’m doing a Telugu serial after six years and am excited about it.” The actress who was away from small screen for a while was busy with filmi assignments and had produced a movie some time back. She made a comeback to small screen after she was offered meaty roles in the ongoing serials Vaani Raani and Thamarai, with the latter having her in title role.
