Islamabad: Magistrate Waqas Rasheed today reissued arrest warrant of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) sit-in facilitator DJ Butt, for not appearing before court for case’s hearing.

Despite the assurances, DJ Butt did not appear before the court for the second time, due to which statements could not be recorded. The court also issued show cause notice to the investigating officer for his absence. The hearing was adjourned till September 15. Butt is facing a lawsuit under Article 144 and Amplifier Act during PTI sit-ins in D-Chowk.
