Three die in a road accident near Mhow

MHOW: Two men and an elderly women died in a road accident in Dongargaon area near Mhow on Thursday night.
According to Head Constable Gulab Singh of Badgonda police station, Shankar Patidar and Kailash Patidar, both residents of Gawli Palasiya village were going from Mhow city towards their village on their motorcycle. At about 9.45PM while they were passing through Dongargaon village, the driver of a Maruti car coming from Jamli side lost balance and ran over the motorcycle of the duo along with a woman and a man walking on the roadside.
Shankar and Kailash along with Kelu Bai died on the spot while the man walking with Kelu Bai was seriously injured. He was given first aid at the Mhow civil hospital and then referred to Indore hospital for treatment.
As per the police, the car driver was heavily drunk, due to which he lost control and smashed the motorcycle as well as the pedestrians walking on the roadside.
