Dheere Dheere Se to Hai Apna Dil To Awara: Classics Honey Singh has battered beyond recognition

For the last three days, one single song that has dominated most Indians' mindscape is Honey Singh's recreated version of the song from Aashiqui, Dheere Dheere Se. The beautiful locales of Antalya, Turkey have played backdrop to Hrithik Roshan and Sonam Kapoor's chemistry in the foreground in the video. The song was launched in Mumbai a couple of days back, and ever since, is quite the rage on the internet. After all, coupled with Hrithik and Sonam is Honey Singh's inimitable voice on the microphone.

The music composer, this time around, has remixed the iconic song from Rahul Roy and Anu Aggarwal's Aashiqui. The 1990 song that was hands down the love anthem of that year, and a lot of years to come. And as Honey Singh detractors would agree, the singer has battered the classic beyond recognition in his version of Dheere Dheere Se, notwithstanding the redeeming factors.
