Fullscreen has hired ex-MTV Networks exec Polly Auritt and Katy Chen, previously director of development at AwesomenessTV, to head up the multichannel network’s creative divisions with the departure of chief content officer Michael Goldfine.

Auritt will be VP of scripted content and Katy Chen is VP of unscripted development.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Polly and Katy to our team,” Fullscreen founder and CEO George Strompolos said in a statement. “They’ve worked with amazing young talent and have the perfect mix of experience to cultivate fresh, creator-driven content for the Fullscreen audience.”

Goldfine, who joined Fullscreen in October 2014, is exiting his role as chief content officer. But a company rep said the MCN is “absolutely still working with him” in a producing capacity. Before joining Fullscreen, Goldfine was founder of digital-media firm RockStream Studios, whose projects included feature film “Camp Takota,” starring YouTube creators Hannah Hart, Mamrie Hart and Grace Helbig.

As MTVN’s VP of scripted development, Auritt developed projects including “Scream,” “Faking It,” “Finding Carter,” “Eye Candy,” “Happyland,” “I Just Want My Pants Back,” “Zach Stone Is Gonna Be Famous” and “The Shannara Chronicles.” Prior to joining MTV in 2010, she was a development executive at Alloy Entertainment.
