Maruti Suzuki India (MSI) has launched the Swift SP Limited Edition in both petrol and diesel variants at Rs. 4.78 lakh and Rs. 5.84 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi) respectively. Based on the L trim levels, the Maruti Swift SP Limited Edition received few cosmetic updates and additional fitments over the standard features.

On the exterior, the Maruti Swift SP Limited Edition sports fog lamps, limited edition wheel covers, body-colored ORVMs, blackened A-pillar, body side moulding, rub strips and a ‘SP’ sticker on the driver side door. Inside, the car gets new black leather seat covers with memory foam SP branded cushions, 60:40 rear split seats, 4-speaker audio system with Bluetooth connectivity, power windows, sporty steering cover, central locking with keyless entry and reverse parking sensors.
Since it’s just a special edition, there are no mechanical changes made to it. Powering the Maruti Swift SP is the existing 1.2-litre K-Series petrol and 1.3-litre diesel engines that offer 83.14bhp with 115Nm and 73.94bhp with 190Nm of torque respectively. The petrol mills returns a fuel economy of 20.4kmpl, while the diesel mill offers 25.2kmpl. Transmission on offer will be a 5-speed manual.
