NIA closes in on Kashmir's most lethal terror handler
Abu Qasim, a top Lashkar-e-Toiba commander LeT that had a very strong base in South Kashmir has been shattered after the Udhampur attack.
Top police official told Mirror that top Lashker Commander Qasim has shifted to North Kashmir and is planning to go back to Pakistan along with Pakistani terrorists Abu Dujana.

All the security agencies have launched massive operation against Qasim and and his deputy Abu Dujana in South and North Kashmir.

Sources said that the crackdown against the LeT will continue as the NIA is still investigating the Udhampur attack and several LeT terrorists are wanted.

According to NIA, Abu Qasim @ Abdur Rehman is around 28-years-old. It has also announced rewards for any information leading to arrest of the two LeT associates Abu Qasim.

The NIA said that Qasim is operating out of the forests of Kulgam, Pulwama and Shopian in Kashmir Valley.
Abu Qasim @ Abdur Rehman is a self styled commander of the Lashkar-e-Toiba and has arranged for the logistics for four Pakistani terrorists who infiltrated into India. While Naved and Noman carried out the Udhampur attack, the other two Zargham and Abu Okasha are still absconding.
Abu Qasim is the most wanted LeT terrorist commander who is active for past 5 years. He is said to be mastermind behind all major militant strikes in South and Central Kashmir including killing of 8 Army men and injuring over a dozen of them during an attack in June 2013 at Srinagar Bypass on Army convoy, a day before former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh and UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi were to visit the troubled region.
