Here's what Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi actor Shakti Arora has to say about being compared to Aamir Khan!

If there is some act in an actor on television, then it has to be Ranveer from Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi...

Ranveer aka Shakti Arora is not just another good looking face on small screen, the actor is a performer and stands tall amidst his contemporaries. Television has given Bollywood some great talents including one of the reigning superstar Shah Rukh Khan. And looking at Shakti Arora we will not be surprised if he manages to break the TV jinx and become a hit in Bollywood after his stint as RV on Meri Aashiqui Tum Se Hi. Anybody who follows the Colors show would know how immensely popular Shakti is, but we aren't sure if his fans have been as observant as us and noticed the striking resemblance Shakti has with Bollywood's Mr Perfectionist - Aamir Khan. We're sure this will be a huge compliment for Shakti, who is clearly ruling soaps with his cool attitude and powerful acts on the show. The small screen star reminds us of Aamir Khan and it is not just his convincing act as Ranveer Vaghela, but also his dialogue delivery that is so like the PK star. We quizzed Shakti about being compared to Mr Perfectionist and he admitted that there were people who felt that his looks resembled Khan, however it is for the first time ever that somebody said that his dialogue delivery reminded them of the Dangal hero. "I am doing my job and I'm passionate about my work. I try to give my 100 percent to it. If that tag (Mr Perfectionist) is given to me, I would be flattered. But most times when people say 'perfectionist' it is assumed as being finicky and I'm not finicky!" Well, Bollywood stand up and take notice of this rising star of small screen, you never know there might be a Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak that will change his stars and Hindi film industry will find their new Aamir!
