Ganesh Chaturthi’ is just a few days away, but the festivities are well on its way.
Along with the celebrations come much responsibility as well.

To raise awareness on the need to celebrate the festival in an eco-friendly manner, the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board had organised some colourful events at Cubbon Park Bandstand recently.

The events included live demonstrations of making natural clay Ganeshas, environment-related skits, musical programme and a magic show.

It was a weekend that turned out to be an eye-opener for many.
