Eddie Kinsella has been named as the man in the middle for Saturday's All-Ireland SFC semi-final replay between Dublin and Mayo in Croke Park.

The Laois whistler takes over from Cavan's Joe McQuillan, who oversaw last Sunday's ill-tempered draw.

That encounter attracted a sell-out crowd to HQ and the replay looks set to generate similar interest this weekend.

The public allocation of tickets for the showdown have already sold out due to what tickets.ie described as "unprecedented" demand, with the GAA confirming the news via a statement yesterday.

"The GAA can confirm that there will be no more public sales of tickets for Saturday's replay, with the remaining tickets available through the competing counties," the statement read.

Elsewhere, it has been confirmed that the Ladies Gaelic Football Association has had a request to play the All-Ireland semi-final between Dublin and Armagh before the replay next Saturday turned down.

As a result of the Dublin v Mayo draw, the throw-in times for the TG4 All Ireland semi finals have now been switched to earlier on Saturday to avoid a clash with the replay in Croke Park.

The double-header of matches in Parnell Park will be shown live on TG4.
