The newest entrant in the burgeoning e-commerce market, Royzez.com, a subsidiary of Kaka Group, was recently launched in the capital by Bollywood actress Ileana D’Cruz.
Nitish Roy (chief visionary officer, Royzez.com), said, “The idea of starting this portal comes from the commitment of targeting the right customers at the right time. We make online shopping a consumer-friendly process with our multiple
USPs, like personal manager, same day dispatch and quality check.

We are offering our own range of innovative, trendy and cost-friendly products. Our aim is to become the first self-funded company to achieve breakeven and be recognised as the best customer service provider in Indian e-commerce domain. We assure our consumers that they will get superior buying experience, timely delivery and quick resolution. We want to enhance the e-commerce market by keeping our focus on consumer satisfaction, finest products and trustworthy services.”
Rahul Sethi (the brand’s COO and head of marketing) added, “Our foremost objective is to make online shopping a pleasurable experience for customers. To reach out to our consumers in a more strategic manner, we have also launched a smartphone app for the Android platform and will launch one for iOS users in a week.”
The event saw an interactive session by Rahul, followed by a rip-roaring stand-up comedy act by Angad Singh Ranyal that had the audience in splits.

The online portal offers a wide range of products in the women’s category, men’s category, gadgets, home décor and kitchen products. The e-commerce site has also brought out its own range of products that include Trendy Bandey in men’s clothing and M-toes in men’s footwear, Hilly Toe and Teens ‘n Queens in women’s footwear and women’s clothing categories respectively.
Ileana, who confessed she ‘goes nuts’ about shopping online, said, “The brand is young and vibrant and I can relate to it. The best part about shopping online is that you can do that from the comfort of your home. I am a shopaholic and keep browsing different e-commerce sites whenever I have time for clothes, shoes and even home products. I am happy that I now have one more online shopping portal to find
products that fit my need and lifestyle.” Yadavendra Roy, chairman of Kaka Group, also launched the brand’s in-house magazine, Valoroy.
