Dafne Schippers wins breathtaking 200-meter at world championships with third-fastest time ever

Dafne Schippers won the women’s 200-meters at the world championships in Beijing in incredible fashion. Schippers emerged from the pack down the stretch to just narrowly edge Jamaica’s Elaine Thomspon and Veronica Campbell-Brown.

More remarkable than the finish was Schippers’ time of 21.63 seconds, which made her the third fastest woman over 200-meters in history.
