Actor Vishnu Manchu is prepping to play Lord Hanuman in a mythological directed by a Hollywood filmmaker

Actor Vishnu Manchu is on a mission to give Indian mythology international treatment. A devotee of Lord Hanuman himself, Vishnu is currently gearing up to play the mythological character in an upcoming trilingual film. The actor is keen on roping in a Hollywood filmmaker to direct the movie, which will be made in English, Telugu and Tamil.
A source close to the actor informs, ���Vishnu is in talks with a Hollywood director for this ambitious project.
This film will be based on the complete life story of Lord Hanuman. The deliberations are in the final stage. The Telugu and Tamil version will have a consultant director while the Hollywood director will helm the English version.���
The film will be produced under the actor���s home banner Twenty Four Frames Factory. ���The film will have a truly international feel. The production house will team up with an international production house. It will be a visual treat that will be laden with state of the art Vfx technology,��� says the source.
Vishnu is also consulting costume designers and make-up artists who worked on the Hollywood blockbuster Planet of Apes to zero in on the look. ���Vishnu will be undergoing a drastic physical transformation to play Lord Hanuman. This is Vishnu���s dream project as he happens to be a big Hanuman devotee and is sparing no effort to ensure the film offers a first of it���s kind experience to the audiences,��� informs the source.
The pre-production work is in progress presently and the film will hit the floors after Vishnu completes Kannappa. ���The film will take extensive pre-production work and will kick off in end of 2016.��� adds the source.
Meanwhile, Vishnu���s next film Dyanmite directed by Deva Katta is slated to release on September 4. Pranitha is playing the female lead in the action entertainer produced by Vishnu under his home banner Twenty Four Frames Factory.
