Yamaha India Removes Five Motorcycles From Official Website
Yamaha India recently launched its all-new YZF-R3, which has caught the attention of every motorcycle enthusiast in the country. They also plan to launch several new products to capture growing Indian market.
Japanese two-wheeler manufacturer has now discontinued five of their motorcycles in India. This has been confirmed as Yamaha has taken these models down from their official website.
The YBR 110, YBR 125, SS 125, SZ-S and SZ-SS have been removed from Yamaha official website. Their discontinuation is mainly due to low sales and customers opting for there new and modern offerings.
Yamaha India has updated its scooter and motorcycle line-up during 2015. They have provided several of their offerings with Blue Core technology, along with cosmetic updates as well.
They maintain that scooters is their main business and majority of profits are expected from this segment. Yamaha scooters line-up includes Alpha, Ray, Ray-Z and Fascino models in India.
Motorcycles include a mix of locally manufactured and import models in Indian market. The most affordable motorcycle in Yamaha range is their Crux priced at INR 39,667 ex-showroom, Delhi.
