BBDO Minneapolis announced the hiring of David Duncan as chief strategy officer.

He has also held client-side roles as marketing director for Choice Hotels International and advertising manager for Canadian Airlines.

“Uncovering brilliant strategic insights is what leads to brilliant creative,” said BBDO Minneapolis president and CEO Neil White. “In Dave, we have a chief strategy officer with a proven ability to uncover true, bankable, original insights. He will be focused on helping us create better processes and tools to identify and incubate innovation, the true heart of business growth today.”
