A trend that makes your fingertips look like a bear’s bloated belly.

Women are experimenting with color and design of their nails to create 3D bubble nails:

A trend that makes your fingertips look like a bear’s bloated belly...

Or toad eyes glued to your nails..

They even made me think of hot puffy muffins right out of the oven.

It might as well make you think a reptile has laid eggs on your nails...

Or worse, a new epidemic of nail zits has hit town!

My imagination has no end and I can go on and on about it.

Surprisingly this trend is taking off, but some people are taking it in a funny way and we prove!

Yum Yum!

Though these humped babies are trending, the bubble nail look is not something new. The trend emerged in 2009 and Nails Magazine published an article about the possibility of it becoming a hot trend.

Bubble nails are essentially acrylic only thicker than normal. Balls of acrylic are placed on the nail and are built out with more layers to create the look. It makes the nails pop up on your paws.

While some are really keen on this trend there are others who don’t really seem to like the idea of having pregnant mitts and rooster tootsies.
