Many of the original leading fancies for the BoyleSports Irish Derby will be in action when the first round heats of the €5,000 Derby Plate are run at Shelbourne tomorrow.
A very interesting runner is PJ Fahy’s Tyrur Van Gaal which was the medium of massive support when making his exit in the opening round. He is a hugely pacey sort and clocked two phenomenal times last week in the space of a few days.
