Police believe they may have a new lead in the disappearance of Mrs Santen, whose car was last seen almost two weeks ago near City Beach.

The silver Volkswagen Golf was abandoned at beachside car park near Clancy's Fish Pub on August 9 and it was originally thought she was last seen the night before in West Leederville.

Now police have released CCTV footage of the mother-of-two at the Grapeskin Wine Bar in William Street in Northbridge on August 8, in the hope the public could assist with the investigation.

No sign of Mrs Santen was found when police divers combed the waters off the City Beach coastline and searched nearby land areas.

Police spokeswoman Ros Weatherall said anyone who was at the wine bar should contact police or call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
