A rally was held outside city hall in Winnipeg Friday to demand justice for Tina Fontaine.

The teen's body was pulled from the Red River last August. Her murder remains unsolved.

About 30 people, including Tina’s relatives, gathered on Aug. 21, holding signs. Drummers also played.

Signs called for an inquiry into missing and murdered indigenous women and girls in Canada.

A march down Portage Avenue after the rally was also planned.
