Fine Brothers Entertainment, the production company of YouTube’s Fine Bros. comedy team, is growing its executive ranks as it continues to build itself into a full-fledged multichannel network.

The company has hired Andrea Kinloch, former head of marketing and partner management for AOL’s original video productions, as VP of business development; and Matt Labate, who previously held senior positions at Discovery Digital Networks and was VP of creative for social ad agency Reach.

“We continually work to innovate this emerging transmedia landscape with the help of our incredibly growing team,” FBE founders Benny and Rafi — actual brothers who hail from Brooklyn — said in announcing the appointments. “Both Andrea and Matt’s experience speak for themselves, and we are thrilled to be moving into our next chapter with them.”

FBE’s senior team includes COO and executive producer Jonathan Green and recent hire Brandie Tucker, head of alternative television. Independent agent Max Benator continues to serve as talent manager for the Fine Bros. as well as business partner and adviser to FBE.
