Mauricio Pochettino insists Christian Eriksen and Erik Lamela are going nowhere.

The Tottenham duo are both on Juventus' radar but White Hart Lane boss Pochettino said: "He (Christian) is happy here.

"He has a contract and we keep the best players for the present and future and want to be a good squad for in the next few years to fight for the top four and win the Premier League one day.

"Erik is part of my plans, the team.

"We need Lamela to show his real quality and we hope that this is the season he really shows his quality."

Pochettino was staying tight-lipped after Spurs had an £18million offer for West Brom's Saido Berahino turned down.

He said: "It's obvious we need to add some more in our offensive position. We have different targets but this is our target (to bring someone in).

"We identify our targets and the chairman is working very hard to bring new players in this position but I am happy with my squad.
