A pastor previously accused of sexually assaulting a woman during exorcism sessions is facing additional charges after Toronto police say another victim has come forward.

Earlier this year, police alleged the 53-year-old pastor offered spiritual guidance to a woman, including performing exorcisms, between May 2011 and May 2013. Police also alleged he convinced the woman to give him money and property.

At the time, the man worked at the United Spiritual Baptist Church in Scarborough.

Police said Wednesday another victim has since come forward.

It's alleged the pastor also offered spiritual guidance to other women at the same building, from 1993 to late 1996, when it was known as the Mount Ararat Baptist church. Police allege he sexually assaulted women during these sessions.

Wayne Marlon Jones is facing the following charges:

  • Five counts of sexual assault
  • Administering a noxious substance
  • Three counts of fraud over $5,000
  • Theft over $1,000

Jones is scheduled to appear at Old City Hall on Jan. 25, 2016.

Police believe there may be more victims.
