Actress Twinkle Khanna is launching her first book "Mrs Funny Bones" today (Tuesday), which is expected to be interesting and funny, much like her regular columns.
While her family, including husband Akshay Kumar and some close friends, will be present to extend support, the former actress will also be appearing for a special episode of "Koffee With Karan".
Twinkle, who had never been on the popular "Koffee With Karan" couch, will be quizzed by her close friend and host Karan Johar in front of a live audience.
The gorgeous lady will be joined by her "Mela "co-star Aamir Khan.
Last year, when Akshay debuted on "Koffee With Karan" show, Karan had revealed that he had invited Twinkle as well but she declined to come, saying she would talk rubbish that might get her in trouble later.
But now that the "Barsaat" actress is launching her book, Karan immediately convinced her to come on his show.
"She has never been on my show. She always declined, saying that if she came, she would talk rubbish and get into trouble. But she has done exactly that in her columns and succeeded. I have always known this aspect of her that people have discovered now. So when I heard that she was launching her book, I said, 'Listen I have to do this. It is a grand coup. She agreed and I am looking forward to my rapid-fire round with her. I am really looking forward to this because we have a great chemistry as friends," DNA quoted Karan as saying.
