Dr. W. George Gaines, the newly appointed President and Chief Operating Officer, has over 40 years of experience in academic and private sectors, specializing in marketing research and new product development. As President and COO of Thunder Energies Corporation, his initial charge is to build the company’s Division of Optical Equipment.
