Neha Pandey: Simplicity was my brief for casting actors in this movie

While the rigours of television often leave you with little time to attempt anything else, people with a passion for their work never step back to accept further challenges. One such team is associated with the love story, 'The Perfect Girl'.
Slated for a September 11 release, it’s a story of a young girl waiting at a bus stop where she meets a young boy. Their initial casual conversations make them realize that they are perfect for each other.The fresh-yet-talented cast including Tara Alisha Berry, Teeshay, Vikram Singh Chauhan, Shishir Sharma, Raju Kher and Sonali Sachdev is the highlight of the film, which also marks the debut of talented casting director Neha Pandey into Bollywood.

Associated with several TV shows, including 'Doli Armaanon Ki' and 'Ek Mutthi Aasmaan', the go-getter worked extra hard to balance the project with her small screen commitments. Neha says, “It was tough to work on the movie along with casting for my TV projects, but since I didn’t want to lose out on this movie, I burnt the midnight oil to complete its requirements. The movie has turned out beautifully simple and worth watching.”
Talking about working with the director Prakash Nambiar, she says, “He is a great human being and supremely talented. His briefing to me was simple during which he told me that he was looking for relatable faces and everyone should resonate with them in the film. Keeping things simple is the toughest job, but not impossible. I hope people like and appreciate our hard work.”
