Music composer Sistla Suresh from Nellore is going places. Working as a software engineer in San Diego currently, Suresh has worked on a Hollywood film called Trace.
“I am a classical musician and I am making a short film called Padamati Cinemaa Raagam. I screened this film for a few friends and later, when I met Aly Bucholz Neely, the director of Trace, she asked me to work on her film,” says Suresh, who adds that Trace is mostly aimed at film festivals.
“My goal is to give background music for a proper Hollywood film and I am working towards that,” he says.
Recently, many bigwigs from Tollywood had attended the North American Telugu Society event in America. Tanikella Bharani, who wanted a musician to assist him during his performance at the event, met Suresh. “I got a big compliment from the writer, actor and director. That encouraged me greatly,” Suresh says.
Having completed his engineering in Hyderabad, Suresh now wants to concentrate on his 60-minute Telugu short film.
