India wants UN sanctions against Hafiz Sayeed's son Talhas Sayeed

After the 26/11 mastermind, India now wants UN sanctions against Hafiz Sayeed's family, including his son Talhas Sayeed.

The government wants both Hafiz Sayeed's brother and son to be declared as terrorists by the global organisation, and is slated to seek help from the USA in enforcing this. India is preparing proposals to be presented to the UN to bring sanctions against Hafiz Sayeed's family.

India will seek US help to declare Hafiz Sayeed's son Talhas Sayeed, his brother Abdul Rehman Makki and the Lashkar-e-Taiba spokesperson Abdul Rauf as international terrorist. The three of them now run a charitable trust as a front for the LeT, sources said.
