The young diva pulled her hair back into a fishtail braid and teamed her attire with diamond and emerald earrings, a matching statement ring, and a diamond bracelet. Sonam was styled by her sister Rhea Kapoor and Namrata Soni for the event.

Meanwhile, Chitrangada Singh -who was in the Capital over the weekend for a couture show - walked the runway as a showstopper for Shobha Shringar's creations. The yummy mummy looked like a beautiful bride in a red and gold lehenga, with a gold and emerald borla on her forehead, layers of gold necklaces, earrings, armlet, haath phool, and a ring to go with it.

Stealing the show was none other than tennis star, Sania Mirza. The 28-year-old looked beautiful in a purple kanjeevaram sari with a gold-shot purple border. She teamed it with a smart, sleeveless pink roundnecked blouse. A choker necklace, danglers and a ring - all cast in diamonds - completed her look. Sania later stated, "I am a sportsperson but I am a girl first. And that's why I'm fond of jewellery just like any other girl. Being a sportsperson doesn't mean that I don't have desires and wishes that other women have."

Gulab Gang actor, Juhi Chawla also walked the ramp as showstopper for Tanishq. She looked radiant in a red lehenga with a matching sleeveless blouse and a brown dupatta. The jewellery event will continue till August 6, Thursday.
