DMK men stage demonstration

Cadre of the Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) staged a protest demonstration here on Monday to criticise the State Government for what they called a “dysfunctional” regime.

Party deputy general secretary V.P. Duraisamy led the demonstration opposite the Railway Junction in which former Ministers Ko. Si. Mani and S.N.M. Ubayadullah, former Union Minister S.S. Palanimanikkam, former MP L. Ganesan, former MLAs C. Iraivan, M. Ramchandran, Enathy Balasubramanian, Annadurai, K.T. Mahesh Krishnasamy, elected local body members and party front wing leaders including town secretary T.K.G. Neelamegam participated.
