Doda girls visit Capital on Day-3 of tour

JAMMU, Aug 3: On the third day of its tour across Delhi, Agra and Ajmer, organized by Rashtriya Rifle Battalion, under Delta Force, the girl students hailing from remote areas of Doda district visited the capital of India, today. The students had the opportunity to meet and share views with Namita Suhag, president Army Wives Welfare Association.
The girl students also interacted with Director General Rashtriya Rifles during the visit.
While touring Lutyens Delhi, the students visited India Gate, Red Fort, Jantar Mantar and Qutub Minar thereby appreciating the monuments and their architectural excellence.
Mesmerized by the architectural beauty, one of the touring student said, “Delhi has an alluring charm, unique diverse culture and history to be proud of. The magnificence of Delhi monuments cannot be fully described and you will have to visit them to really appreciate them”.
The students expressed their gratitude to Delta Force for providing them opportunity to share this wonderful experience.
