When Katie Ledecky set the women’s 1500m freestyle world record during the FINA World Championships in Russia, she got some support from her teammates in the stand.

Some very loud support.

Ledecky’s USA Swimming teammates screamed, yelled and chanted her name during the race and waved some pom poms.

After the race, a mascot with a flag that announced it was a world record ran around the bleachers.
