Vitor Belfort, Dan Henderson to meet Nov. 7 in Brazil

A trilogy fight between Vitor Belfort and Dan Henderson will headline UFC Fight Night on Nov. 7 in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

UFC president Dana White announced the five-round middleweight bout Saturday. The UFC has not yet announced a venue for the fall event.

Belfort (24-11) is looking to get back on a title run after suffering a first-round TKO loss to Chris Weidman at UFC 187 in May. The loss snapped a three-fight winning streak for Belfort and was his first appearance since testosterone-replacement therapy was widely banned in combat sports. Belfort, 38, had been approved for TRT in his previous three fights.

Fighting out of Blackzilians in Boca Raton, Florida, Belfort's last victory came against Henderson (31-13), who also was formerly an approved TRT user. Belfort knocked out Henderson in 77 seconds in a light heavyweight fight in November 2013. The two also fought under the Pride banner in October 2006, with Henderson earning a unanimous decision.

Henderson, 44, is coming off a first-round knockout over Tim Boetsch at UFC Fight Night on June 6 in New Orleans. He dropped back down to 185 pounds earlier this year, after fighting primarily at light heavyweight since 2010.

ESPN.com ranks Belfort the No. 5 middleweight in the world.
