JAMMU, Aug 1: Chairman, J&K State Board of School Education (BOSE), Jammu Division, Prof Zahoor Ahmad Chatt today emphasized on adoption of new policies to bring Board at par with other leading Education Boards of the Country.
Chairing a meeting of Board officers including Secretary, Prof Veena Pandita, all Assistant Secretaries, Joint secretaries and Academic Officers, the newly appointed Chairman impressed upon the Board employees to work with full dedication and take the responsibility of providing quality services to all the stakeholders in general and students in particular.
He also emphasized to provide quality Text Books to the students at par with National level.
On the occasion, BOSE Secretary and other officers apprised the Chairman about various problems and issues regarding the functioning of Board. The Chairman gave a patient hearing and assured that all the problems shall be looked into.
