Lisa Cannon has Xpose themed 'sten' with just one co-host joining the bash

Aisling O’Loughlin was the only presenter on hand to raise a glass and toast bride-to-be Lisa as she celebrated with both male and female pals.

Her other co-presenters Peter O’Riordan and Glenda Gilson were busy covering events for the show, and Karen Koster is on maternity leave until September. But the no-shows didn’t dampen Lisa’s spirits – and her husband-to-be Richard Keatley also put in an appearance on the night.

“We had a brilliant night, it was lovely. It was a sophisticated night of cocktails and champagne – there were balloons everywhere,” she told the Herald.

“We danced the night away in Lillie’s. It was brilliant craic so the countdown is well and truly on now. We’ve just over a month to go.”

The 36-year-old recently had another hen weekend in Glway with her close friends and family. The jam-packed weekend included a murder-mystery night, a Disney-themed party and a luxurious spa retreat.

And Richard couldn’t resist turning up to Lisa’s ‘sten’ before jetting off on his stag weekend.

“Karen was at home with the baby but I saw her the other day at a photo shoot we all did together this week and that was great,” she said.

“I was sending her pictures of Richard dressed as Britney Spears going off on his stag to Budapest and she had a great laugh at that.

“I just hope he comes back in one piece now – God love all the people on the plane with him,” she laughed.

The couple are set to tie the knot in a lavish ceremony in Florence in September.

“I just can’t wait for it at this stage – I’ve been waiting all year,” she said.
