Liverpool defender Andre Wisdom believes he will benefit hugely from his season-long loan deal at Norwich City.
The 22-year-old, who extended his stay at Anfield in May when signing a five-year deal, has already enjoyed loan spells at two other clubs in recent seasons.
And looking ahead to his time at the Premier League new boys, he said: "I think I’ve developed and improved from the loans at Derby and West Brom.
"I’m still young, still learning, so going on loan will help me long term over my career.
"I know myself better now and what it takes to remain in the Premier League. I hopefully can make it at Liverpool but that’s not for me to decide.
"So I’ve got to keep working hard and prove myself at this level this season."
Another new recruit at the East Anglia club is Robbie Brady who joins Norwich from Hull on a three-year contract.
The 23-year-old wing back admits it was tough to leave Humberside but says it is vital to continue his career at the top level.
The Irishman said: "It's another year in the Premier league which is where I want to be playing.
"Difficult leaving Hull because it was a big part of my career and I became a better player being there. But I wanted to continue playing in the Premier League."
