She was then thrown out of the car into a field in Mahal village under Inchauli police station in Meerut district. The women working in the field heard her cries and rushed to the spot.

They informed the police and the girl was admitted to the district hospital in Meerut. Her parents were informed since her mobile was still with her. The police have not ruled out a love angle because the main accused, Nadeem, was acquainted with her.

“She might have gone with him on her own without knowing that three other persons were also there in the car. All the four accused in the case have been arrested while the medical examination of the girl has confirmed rape,” said Yogendra Malik, in-charge of Inchauli police station.
