Marathon Petroleum Corporation (MPC) declared a dividend of $0.32 per share on common stock, a 28 percent increase from the $0.25 per-share dividend in the first quarter of 2015, after adjusting to reflect the two-for-one stock split that occurred during the second quarter. The dividend is payable Sept. 10, 2015, to shareholders of record as of the close of business Aug. 19, 2015.

Hilton Worldwide initiated a regular quarterly cash dividend with the announcement on July 29, 2015 of a dividend of $0.07 per share on shares of its common stock to be paid on or before September 25, 2015 to stockholders of record of its common stock as of the close of business on August 14, 2015.

The Carlyle Group L.P. (CG) has declared a quarterly distribution of $0.89 per common unit to holders of record at the close of business on August 19, 2015, payable on August 27, 2015.

Exxon Mobil Corporation (XOM) declared a cash dividend of 73 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable on September 10, 2015 to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on August 13, 2015.

Wells Fargo & Company (WFC) announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.375 per share. The dividend is payable September 1, 2015, to stockholders of record on August 7, 2015, as approved today by the Wells Fargo board of directors.

Gilead Sciences (GILD) has declared a cash dividend of $0.43 per share of common stock for the third quarter of 2015. The dividend is payable on September 29, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 16, 2015.

Amgen (AMGN) declared a $0.79 per share dividend for the third quarter of 2015. The dividend will be paid on Sept. 8, 2015, to all stockholders of record as of the close of business on Aug. 17, 2015.

Stryker Corporation (SYK) has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.345 per share payable on October 30, 2015, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 30, 2015, representing an increase of 13% versus the prior year, and unchanged from the previous quarter.

Praxair (PX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 71.5 cents per share, unchanged from the previous quarter. The dividend is payable on September 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 8, 2015.

BD (BDX) has declared a quarterly dividend of 60 cents per common share, payable on September 30, 2015 to holders of record on September 9, 2015.
