Radhika to star opposite Rajinikanth next

Radhika Apte's golden run is continuing and according to a recent development, the actress is all set to star in a Rajinikanth film soon.
The film, to be directed by Ranjith, was supposed to be a no-heroine film earlier and later reports surfaced pointing towards the possibility of Vidya Balan being approached for the film. However, according to reliable sources we have now learnt that the 'Lai Bhaari' girl Radhika Apte will now be seen opposite Thalaivaa in the upcoming flick which is said to be tentatively titled as' Kaali'.
Radhika has been seen in 'Badlapur' and later in 'Hunterrr' this year. Her work in the Bengali short film 'Ahalya' has been appreciated by biggies from the Marathi industry including Amitabh Bachchan. She had made her movie debut in the Marathi film 'Gho Mala Asla Hava' opposite actor Omkar Govardhan. Radhika started off her acting pursuits with the Pune-based theatre group Aasakta Kalamanch and apart from the mentioned films, she will also be seen opposite Nawazuddin Siddiqui in 'Manjhi' and Kunal Kapoor in 'Kaun Kitne Paani Mein'.
