HE the Minister of State for Defence Affairs Major General Hamad bin Ali al-Attiyah holding talks with the Chief of Staff of the Sudan Armed Forces Mustafa Osman Obeid Salim in Doha yesterday. ambassador to Qatar Yasser Khadir Khalaf Allah also attended the meeting, along with a number of ranking officials in the Qatari Armed Forces.
