The game was won convincingly by Villagers 28-0, but enjoyed equally by both sides. Try Scorersand#039;: Karl Ludick (2), Mike Moxley and Wesley Wagner.
Villagers 3rd XV captain and club stalwart Brian Lewis paid tribute to his side for a game “that was played in good sportsman like spirit, in which ultimately, the game of rugby was the and#034;winnerand#034;.”
