Police investigation has revealed that not only did Peppers Club serve alcohol to the underaged, it also allegedly did so to foreign nationals without checking their identification proofs.

GURGAON: Police investigation has revealed that not only did Peppers Club serve alcohol to the underaged, it also allegedly did so to foreign nationals without checking their identification proofs. The club also allegedly kept unapproved stocks of liquor, violating excise norms.
The police raid on the club in Hotel Bristol near Sikanderpur on July 16 had revealed it did not have permission to serve liquor, due to violations caught in an earlier raid.

"It is a matter of grave concern that foreigners were allowed in the club without any identity verification or register entry,"this is a very sensitive issue from the national security perspective also,"
said police commissioner Navdeep Singh Virk. The club also violated the excise norms by keeping unapproved stock of liquor.
Police and excise department also seized 4,501 pegs of IMFL, 418 bottles of beer and three bottles of imported Scotch from the club.
