Who will be the next Victoria's Secret Angel? Eight models in the running for their wings

Two of the most coveted contracts in the fashion industry are up for grabs and we've whittled it down to 10 of the likeliest Angels in the running.

1. Gigi Hadid (20)

With two Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issues' under her belt and a new contract with the Victoria's Secret catalogue, Gigi is the top contender to strut her stuff on the runway this year.

2. Kendall Jenner (21)

Alongside her model BFF Gigi, Kendall is the most talked about model of the year. Making a name for herself outside of Kardashian fame, Kendall's high profile gigs and a rumoured meeting with VS means a role with the company seems inevitable.

3. Nina Agdal (22)

She's a favourite with Sports Illustrated, she has yet to get the call from the lingerie brand. We predict wings in her future though.

4. Irina Sharipova (23)

Irina has already walked for the lingerie giants' annual fashion show for the last two years and her existing relationship and gorgeous looks mean she's at the top of the list for new Angels.

5. Robyn Lawley (25)

If there's any plus size model in the world that can break the VS barrier, it's Robyn Lawley. The beautiful Australian model was the first 'plus size' model for Ralph Lauren and SI Swimsuit and she's the epitome of health and happiness - Victoria's Secret's favourite two words.

6. Suki Waterhouse (23)

She sent the rumour mill into overdrive when she posted a photo of some serious angel wings last year, but with her profile (she's dating Bradley Cooper) and high fashion portfolio, we predict a contract in future.

7. Barbara Palvin (21)

Barbara has also  walked in the annual fashion show once already and thanks to a high profile romance with Niall Horan, she's now well known outside the fashion industry.

8. Emily Didonato (24)

The Guess girl and face of Maybelline is one of the most successful models around. Her big eyes and killer figure fit the VS ideal down to a T.
