Three killed in "Azad Kashmir" police firing



SRINAGAR, July 26 (UNI)-Three persons are reported to have been killed and 11 others injured as a result of police firing and lathi-charge in Muzarabad, capital of "Azad Kashmir", on July 24, according to reliable reports reaching here today. The reports said that "Azad Kashmir" transport operators and their employees had organised demonstrations on Saturday to protest against enhanced taxes imposed by both the Pakistan and "Azad Kashmir" Governments and also to press their demand for improving the Mirpur-Rawalpindi and Muzzafarabad-Ralwanpindi roads which had been considerably damaged in the recent movement of Pakistan military tanks.
