DPS celebrates investiture ceremony

The investiture ceremony of Delhi Public School got off to a colourful start on Saturday.

Senior Commandant of CISF, Visakhapatnam Steel Plant, Jacob Kispotta, who attended the ceremony as chief guest, administered the oath of office to leaders of various houses.

Mr. Jacob Kispotta told students that the values they learn from teachers would guide them all through their life.

Some of the students were elected captains, vice-captains, and members of the supreme council.

School principal B. Aruna Kumari encouraged the students to take up more responsibility as leaders and members of the council.

A few students (Classes VIII to X) walked away with FIITJEE zonal awards.
