Iran never agrees with inspection of military sites

TEHRAN (ISNA)- An Iranian official said that the country would not allow inspection of its military sites.

"Iran will not allow inspection of its military sites. Iran will keep all of its rights on military sites," said Ali Akbar Velayati, a senior adviser to Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei.

"Regardless of interpretations of G5+1, we announce explicitly that presence of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) or inspectors of any organization in Iran's military bases is forbidden."

He also said that Iran is ready to share its nuclear potentials and facilities with its neighbors. "Iran does not want to have disagreements with other countries and the existing disagreements are due to plots made by foreign powers."

Velayati referred to bilateral ties between Iran and Saudi Arabia, and said that the existing disagreements should be settled through talks and negotiations. "We never say that Iran and Saudi Arabia's policies should be the same. In Our point of view, Tehran and Riyadh have similar points which can be basis for talks."
