Administration to remove seal on Dhar royal estates on HC orders

The district administration of Dhar will remove the seals that were put by it on the estates of erstwhile Dhar state on Saturday.

MHOW: The district administration of Dhar will remove the seals that were put by it on the estates of erstwhile Dhar state on Saturday. It will be done as the Indore bench of the high court has passed the orders in this regard.
High court advocate VK Jain who was the counsel of Kartikeya Ghorpade, a member of the royal family and one of the beneficiaries of the royal property, told that the court of high court judge SC Sharma has issued directions to the district administration for removal of seals that were put on all the property of Dhar royal family.
The orders were issued on Friday and a copy of the judgement is with TOI.
Dhar SDM Neeraj Singh, when contacted, told TOI that he has received the orders of the high court regarding removal of seal on all the royal family property that were sealed on January 16 this year.
Actually, a grand traditional coronation ceremony was held at the Dhar Rajwada in January first week this year and within a week of the ceremony, the whole property including the Bada Bangla, Rajwada and few other heritage buildings were sealed by the Dhar district administration. Since then Hemendra Singh Pawar who was coronated as the king of the erstwhile Dhar royal family, along with Kartikeya were fighting in the court to get the seal removed.
